Excellent work and quickly too
This is an actual local guy. Dan himself came out, just a few hours after I called him (even though I didn't actually express any urgency over the phone). He actually talked me out of replacing springs on our other garage doors, said they didn't really need it, but did install safety wires on the garage doors that didn't have an issue (it's an old garage that didn't have them, and that was much cheaper than replacing the springs). It's not cheap, but didn't seem unreasonable.
One of my two garage doors would not open. It was not urgent, but Tyler came out just a day later, anyway. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a failure of the 40-year-old door opener mechanism. He installed a replacement within an hour. Tyler was very efficient and helpful. When my other opener goes, I'll be calling Dan's again.
