Had a LARGE garage door that would not open because of a broken spring. Called Dan's and was told the technician, Tyler would be there in about 90 min. He was there in 45 min. He explained what was wrong with the door, helped raise the door so we could remove the car, assessed and measured the old springs and got custom springs ordered that could be picked up and installed the next day. My preliminary diagnosis was a broken spring; you’re enough, that’s exactly what it was. Tyler showed up this morning did a preliminary examination and reported that’s exactly what he found within 40 minutes. He’d replaced the spring and cleaned up both tracks along with given the whole garage door. A general cleaning. I was extremely pleased with the whole service and highly recommend both Tyler & Dan’s Garage Door Services.
Dan's a super friendly and honest guy. I had a bad experience somewhere else, but Dan fixed it right away, and the service after was awesome!
Dan is absolutely fantastic. I had a pretty tough garage repair and Dan not only fixed it but improved it. If I ever have any future issues with the 3 car garage I am definitely calling Dan. Great customer services and I highly recommend.
The tech was on time and did a great job. He absolutely did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I did end up spending a little more than I'd hoped but I'm very confident it will save me money in the long run. I really appreciate a "let's fix it, not replace it" approach. I'll absolutely recommend these folks.
