Garage door spring snapped (see photo) in two. Dan responded to call within 5 minutes of leaving info with answering service. Offered multiple dates and times within the following 48 hours. Agreed on 9:30 am the next day. They arrived on time, with good advanced communication, had all tools and parts to remove broken spring and replace with new in under 2 hours.
