We had requested assistance in retrieving a cleaning brush from our dryer vent. The technician was able to get the brush out. However, he left black stains on our wall from his hands, did not hook the vent back to the dryer and left the lint everywhere inside and outside. We were charged $349 for the “cleaning” and a service fee of $145. This seems a bit steep for a very unprofessional job.
I organized dryer vent cleanings for an association of 6 town homes. John was great to work with, he was so patient with all of my questions and happy to help me coordinate multiple cleanings on the same day.
