Quality, Selection: We were so impressed at the quality of Dan and his team. Dan has an impressive variety of products, but was able to find the exact make and model of our existing flooring and continue it through the rest of our home. It's a perfect match and looks like it was original to the house. His team also were able to create stair treads that you'd think came from the same factory as the flooring. We hired Dan's Floor Store to replace the old carpeting in our home with engineered hardwood flooring. We had installed wood flooring in some rooms of our home years ago, and wanted the new wood floors to match the look of the older wood floors. Dan came to our home and got dimensions for the project rooms. He took photos of the old wood flooring, the specific color of which was no longer being manufactured. There is a big difference in using a local family owned and run business rather than a discount chain to replace flooring. We were very pleased by the customer service provided by Dan's Floor Store. Jill was helpful and patient as we tried to find flooring that would work for us. We took samples home multiple times.
