We went to this store looking for a part for our ceiling fan light, which was very dim. After speaking to the staff he told us to try using the remote. Some fans have a dimmer feature and if you hold down light option it gets brighter. We had no idea since the fan was in house when we bought it. Refreshing to find honest people trying to help and not just trying to make a buck. Highly recommend.
