Friendly atmosphere many designs
Inquired on line went to store next day spoke with Mark. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Store was set up totally professional, will continue to do business and will send others there as well.
They go out of the way to serve builders and their clients! Amazing service
I went to this location of DFC as it was close to my house. I don’t think I was able to advance more than 5 feet into the store before I was greeted by a salesperson on 11/26. I was inquiring about a downrod. Every question I asked was “no” and he referred me to a website for the purchase. There was no real effort to know my product situation. No no no is all he could say.
