Had to replace a part for our lanai fan and Dan's Fan was able to expedite in getting the part.
Will never do the big box store for fans again.
I love Dan’s Fan City. We needed quite a few ceiling fans for our new home and found out about Dan’s online. I liked the reviews, so my husband and I decided to pay them a visit. Upon entering the store, we were welcomed by Misty, who was extremely knowledgeable and, very friendly. FYI, she’s usually on duty on weekends, including Friday. She was so kind and helpful, that we instantly became customers. She explained the pros and cons of each fan that we liked.
