We pass Dan's Fan City on Cortez Rd, Bradenton daily. A ceiling fan in our home stopped working, we stopped by DFC before going to the big boxed stores as they never have stock, you have to pay for shipping to store and pick up. I can’t make enough positive comments about the customer service and the fans sold at the Bradenton location of Dan’s Fan City. We purchased 6 fans for our home and installed them 18 months ago, but our bedroom fan didn’t circulate enough air for our comfort at night (we need it very cold). We spoke to the manager today with our original receipt and walked away extremely happy with their response to our problem and a new fan with more output. Absolutely horrendous customer service. The old gentleman was very nice when we were purchasing, but it when it came time to return a part that he sold us that was highly returnable as he stated when we purchased it, it became a hassle. They rang it through three times it didn't go, they wouldn't pay caah for the refund and they wouldn't refund it without the original credit card.
