Absolutely horrendous customer service. The old gentleman was very nice when we were purchasing, but it when it came time to return a part that he sold us that was highly returnable as he stated when we purchased it, it became a hassle. They rang it through three times it didn't go, they wouldn't pay caah for the refund and they wouldn't refund it without the original credit card. I don’t know how many hundred’s of times we have driven past Dan’s Fan’s in the past, but many. We have not had a need for a fan until now. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. We were greeted by two cordial gentlemen who were so very helpful and knowledgeable about the fans they sell. The second time we went in, Matt was there again and we ordered two fans from him. Yea Matt! Thank you for knowing so much about the products you sell!
