I have purchased two fan from this store location. Fans work great. Would definitely buy from them again. Then, this week, I had an issue with a fan purchased from a big box store many many years ago. I took the fan apart at home and brought in the light housing. They were able to diagnose my issue and help me fix it. The two men that helped me were wonderful (Thank you Macgyver!). If you are reading this review, please go to this store if you want to buy an excellent fan with great service.
I had a couple minor issues with some fans. Tech support was great, Jack at the store was great and Zach Wolfgram was beyond helpful....customer satisfaction was an obvious priority! Well Done DFC!
Trying to pick the right fan at big box stores or on line is too confusing and too many choices. Dan's Fan City has the knowledge, the selection and the quality all in one place.
