I had a couple minor issues with some fans. Tech support was great, Jack at the store was great and Zach Wolfgram was beyond helpful....customer satisfaction was an obvious priority! Well Done DFC!

We pass Dan's Fan City on Cortez Rd, Bradenton daily. A ceiling fan in our home stopped working, we stopped by DFC before going to the big boxed stores as they never have stock, you have to pay for shipping to store and pick up. What a pleasant surprise DFC was. Instant gratification, new fan up within an hour of purchase. Math Fortier, Manager asked questions about what we needed.
