Twenty two years agoI bought ceiling fans for our new home at Dan’s and was impressed with the quality of the their merchandise. Twenty two years later I returned because I needed another fan - was very happy they were still in business and were still a quality place.

Went into to buy a fan with light. The light was back ordered have yet to hear from the Boynton Beach store when the light is available for pickup. Did have an installation issue which was promptly resolved by head office which shows that head office cares about customer satisfaction. Still waiting on the light that I paid for that goes into the fan. Originally the salesperson said a week or 2-we’re closing in on a month and I keep calling with excuses. Went into to buy a fan. Purchase done and they gave the impression that installation was included. We were never told it was not. Only after installed was told it was at a cost of installation of $220 just to replace an existing fan. Beware of bait and switch. Total came out to close to $1000. Next time Home Depot- they leave out nothing and back up the sale.
