Bad experience. Bought two fans. One broke within 2 weeks. Had to pay electrician to come out again to replace blade. The manager is nice and the electrician they use is excellent but I would never buy from them again.

Ran there for a DC wiring kit for hanging a fan with a longer down rod- sold me a kit with 5 wires, was supposed to have six.

Twenty two years agoI bought ceiling fans for our new home at Dan’s and was impressed with the quality of the their merchandise. Twenty two years later I returned because I needed another fan - was very happy they were still in business and were still a quality place.

Went into to buy a fan with light. The light was back ordered have yet to hear from the Boynton Beach store when the light is available for pickup. Did have an installation issue which was promptly resolved by head office which shows that head office cares about customer satisfaction. Still waiting on the light that I paid for that goes into the fan. Originally the salesperson said a week or 2-we’re closing in on a month and I keep calling with excuses.
