Ordered a Twin Star fan from Dan's online on a Saturday evening and had a few question after I placed the order - called Dan's Monday am and spoke with them at which time they assured me that I did order what I needed and that my order would be shipped out by Wednesday. My fan arrived on Friday and was exactly what I needed. I was charged the incorrect price for a product that I ordered over the telephone w/ Bradley. When I went to pickup the product I ordered I was assured that my credit card was going to be credited the difference for the overage. After calling 2.5 weeks later asking where the credit was my info was taken down and I was told I would be called right back.
