I honestly wish I could give 0 stars, but that isn’t an option. We loved the price, but the experience hasn’t been worth it. Communication was a little spotty, but not too bad in the beginning. When it came time to drop off the dumpster, he told us it would be in the morning on a Thursday and then didn’t hear anything from him after my husband reached out multiple times. I hate to have to write this review however, shady business practices are never okay. We used Dan’s services 3 years ago and had a great experience, this experience has been the complete opposite. I paid in advance for a dumpster due to our previous experience and was told it would arrive that same morning. The morning came and went along with another promise to deliver the dumpster that afternoon. That afternoon turned into never. The prices are competitive, which is great. But it's impossible to communicate effectively with this company. They take days-weeks longer than scheduled to pick up their dumpster. I get told many times that "today will be the day" but nobody shows up. It took three weeks for him to PU last time. This time is a week and counting. Will not be renting again. 3 🌟 for the price -2 stars 🌟 for the inconvenient communication and lies regarding scheduling matters.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From seeing it up to payment Dan was super flexible and eat to work with. Dropped off right where I ordered it and he even made an extra dump for me when I had to much to fit in the first load! Thanks so much God bless!
