I ordered a Power Tech prop from Dan's one year ago. I called and talked with him before ordering this prop. This has been a great prop and the service from Dan's was great.
I placed an order with Dan's Discount Props, 3-5 business days for delivery. I called 4 days after the order to get a tracking number. Simple, right? Not with these fellows - I offered the order number but he wanted my name. Not a problem, but then he proceeded to lecture me on how people like names i/o numbers.
