Bought an enhanced TCM from them a few months back. My mechanic had my truck for 6 months, working on and off on it. I bought the TCM in March and got my truck back August 27th. Did not have my truck for 6 months. Mechanic puts tcm in to and it does not work. So I have to use my money to ship it back to them to get tested. They called me today September 7th and told me the tcm was bad. THEY sent me a bad tcm and want me to pay for shipping back to me! How is this right??
