We travelled 4 hours from our home to Alexandria, MN. After setting up our RV we discovered that one of our windows was loose and about to fall out of its frame. We contacted our RV dealer in New Ulm and were told we would have to find someone to fix it and they offered no assistance to search for someone nor have they followed up to see if our unit got fixed (our unit is a 2019, we won't be buying from them again). they will overcharge hours and say the replaced parts they did not i had a 1400 dollar job done by them they charged 3600 and did not do the job my truck made it 300 miles and i had to pay another shop to do the same thing
We called Dan at 5:30 last night...my husband came in from the corn field saying the front wheel on the combine had fallen off...so now what? We called Dans repair in Sunburg to see if he could help us. Unfortunately he was booked solid for the next day but he thought he might be able to get a recovery truck out there that night if we were open for that. With the help of Dans Repair, and our two son-in-laws, the combine was picked up and blocked and the tire moved out of the way in about 3 hours. We are getting parts this mo... read more
