Not sure who I spoke with today but I just purchased a used Dk mini and had some lack of knowledge questions on my behalf that were answered very seriously, informative, and respectful. Gave me a piece of mind on a few things. for that customer service
Terrible customer service. They are not helpful at all. Sent me the wrong product. They tried to fix it and send me the correct product but sent the wrong product again. Never ordering from them ever again
