Shysters! Wanted to do a trade in of several used lenses and teleconverters towards a new lens.. estimated trade in value, based on 50% of Dan's used lens prices, was right around $1000. I was offered $250. In business it is ok to be a bull, it is ok to be a bear, but it is never ok to be a pig. I hear alot of oinking coming from Dan's. You will never see me in that place again.
Highly professional and friendly Great store with very helpful staff. Very knowledgeable in their field and more than willing to help with whatever they can. Huge selection of cameras, accessories, and great photo lab. The only place I go to get my pictures processed... it makes a difference!

Dan's is great for all your photography needs. Dan's has great prices and a wonderful, knowledgeable staff that can help you out with any questions you might have regarding photography. I bought my most recent lens there and loved the service I received. They helped me pick out exactly what I needed and I feel I got a quality lens at a very reasonable price. They even let me bring my camera into the store and try the lens out!
great expertise and decent prices Dan's Camera City in Allentown is a great place to get information about anything to do with cameras, developing, film, etc. The staff is first class and I find that whenever I go there I can find information that I am looking for. It seems that the store employees are not only workers, but photo enthusiasts.
