Received an essentially plain bagel after asking for light schmear. Incredibly disappointing when hosting family from out of town and this is the experience we had after driving 40 minutes round trip and waiting in lines. We love their bagels but prefer the trophy club location and will drive further next time for better service. Update: the owner did call to acknowledge the mistake and apologize. Very kind and thoughtful. Appreciate them making it right.

Great location. Super friendly staff. Excellent tasting bagels. They have frozen to take home as well. Their coffee is very good as well. I would highly recommend this bagel shop to try.
Awesome shop, the bagels are the perfect consistency, the specialty flavors are great and the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwiches are the best I’ve had. I add some schmear to take it to the next level. This place is worth a try!
