Customer service is absolutely disgusting. The woman in the office is a rude person. Absolutely zero communication about the vehicle my friend had here and then she was angry when we came to get it. Don’t keep someone’s vehicle for 3 weeks with ZERO communication then wonder why they’re upset. Extremely unprofessional and like she told me when she held their door open for me to leave “we have plenty of work to do anyway, so…” I’d never trust these people to do any kind of work on any kind of vehicle.
