Does not provide a receipt for the work they do. Makes it hard to prove they worked on something that is still having issues. Originally said the cost of an oil change is 40 and charged 50, when I provided the materials. Plus, I gave them 6 quarts for a 4 cylinder engine that needs 4.2 quarts, when I asked for the left overs, they said it needed all 6 quarts. Very disappointed and feel like they took advantage of my vulnerability.
