Great job of looking after my Silverado. They keep track of all factory service recommendations based on mileage and provide written estimates of what's coming due. This really matters because we do long haul towing. Rowes does great work priced to market. Planned preventative maintenance is cheaper and way more convenient than road service.

I've only been in the Boothbay area for the last three years, but we have three cars and one dates to 1987. I walked into Rowes Garage that first year here and have not had a single bad experience since. Regardless of whether it was simple maintenance and inspections, or some much more substantial repair, the people at Rowes have always treated me fairly, kept me fully informed, and been extremely friendly throughout. I enjoy working with them, trust them, and would recommend them without hesitation.
At RGI they replaced drive belt & tensioner pulley, replaced engine water pump and did 4 wheel alignment. I thought all was done very efficiently.
