I took my diesel truck into Dan's last December because it had a couple of hard starts. They replaced the lift pump $800+, it worked for a week. Then they replaced the injector pump $2500 lasted a couple of weeks. Then they supposedly cleaned and tightened the entire fuel system. Worked for a couple weeks. Had it towed back for the 3rd time. Not quite sure what is going on at this shop but they are not the repair shop they used to be. We have had our truck towed there 3 times for the same fuel injection issue. The third time they said they had the mechanic go through 'everything' and make sure it was right. And then it again wouldn't start and was towed back. After $3000 and months of this they wanted to charge us another $1200 for some new issue. Dan is a super knowledgeable mechanic. Definitely the guy to go to if you have a 6.0 or 6.4 Ford. Super nice and friendly. Would recommend his service.
