I live in Janesville but have most of my maintenance performed by Dan’s on both of my cars. Matt does an excellent job scheduling the appointments and making sure the work gets done per the manufacturer’s spec. It is hard to find Auto Service you can trust. As far as I am concerned this is the shop you can trust.
While stranded with car issues, they my car fast. Polite, thorough and professional- they even dropped my car off at the hotel over their lunch hour.
We had a roadside emergency away from our hometown and had to have our vehicle towed. When we called our local mechanic, he recommended Dan's. It was our first experience with them. We couldn't have been treated any better. They knew we were on a timeline with a funeral and they made sure we had our vehicle back in plenty of time. Matt and the other guy (sorry I didn't get his name) at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Great people...great service . We highly recommend!
