This company has to be one of the most reputable operations I’ve ever dealt with. Total customer service and so honest in their assessment of what needs to be repaired. I feel if more companies were as reputable as this company we’d all be better off. I compliment the management for their high standards of operations.
We had to have some window tinting removed and not only were they THE MOST reasonably priced the job was awesome!! When it looked like it was going to take longer they voluntarily took me home and picked me up so I wouldn't have to wait a long time there! We have zero problems recommending them to everyone! If we need anything body done, this is where we will go!
Their staff, they work and overall service to the customer is excellent! Been taking my car and family cars to be fixed or personalized.
Staff is very nice and accommodating, but this review is on the service I received on my car. Short/easy explanation of why I am giving a one star: my car was given back to me twice with paint on electrical parts that shouldn't have had paint on them, which resulted in me losing power steering and all electrical on 93 North, while my brother and sister were in the car with me, directly related to the repair work done at Dan's Auto Body. Very professional and makes sure things are done correctly. Good communication via email,text or email. They also take the time to go over what they did and why. As with most insurance companies mine was at first very hard to work with and Dans was very patient and worked with me while I worked with my ins company. Lastly a couple issues fell through the cracks meaning a couple of items didn’t get addressed and once I brought to their attention they were more than happy to make things right. Thank you Dan’s Auto Body for a great job on my Q60 chrome delete!!! the car has a whole mean look to it. When I got the car back there was one small detail that wasn’t up to my satisfaction. I took it back and they noticed as well there was a small error. without hesitation they took it back to correct the mistake. They redid the wrap in certain areas for a cleaner look. now it looks AMAZING! Thank you again 😍💯
