As a business owner myself I debated on leaving a bad review. I understand that there is no way to keep everyone happy. However, the complete experience with Dan was at best one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I had needed work on a vintage boat, brought the boat in and told him exactly what was wrong with it. Very nice people that truly want to help. Will go that extra step to be thorough.
First trip to our cabin with our Skeeter Bass boat for only a 10 day vacation, after one day of fishing the motor died. We called around and no one could even look at it for at least a week. We called Dan’s, he said to bring it in & he had it repaired & back to us the following day with very reasonable pricing. Dan’s saved our vacation!!
