UPDATE: During a particularly cold spell, some of my pipes succumbed to the freezing temperatures. Called and had a chat with Blake who scheduled us promptly and was quick to return my subsequent call, allowing for an expanded work order. Our plumber, Santiago, did an outstanding job! We had one damaged toilet, he inspected two others and carried out other small replacement repairs. Great experience. I can't emphasize enough how good Dano Plumbing is. When my shower wouldn't turn off, Jerome came out, even though it was a holiday, to repair a faulty shower valve. He was considerate, polite, and went above and beyond. After replacing the shower, Jerome addressed some pressure issues, leaving everything in a superior state than when I first moved in. Initially, we had engaged a different plumber, but felt their efforts were lacking, so we decided to reach out to Dano Plumbing. Easton was the one who responded to our call and proved to be exceedingly helpful. Upon his first inspection, he informed us that contrary to what the previous plumber had said about tree roots blocking our pipes, the real issue was a poorly configured pipe beneath our house.
