I had an 11:45 appointment with Jayden for my son. The initial experience was pleasant; we were greeted warmly and offered drinks while we waited. However, Jayden was with another client and never acknowledged us. We waited 45 minutes, and it seemed he needed another 20-30 minutes to finish. He didn’t communicate or provide updates, so my son and I left. I wouldn’t return for Jayden, and at this point, I’m hesitant to come back at all.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I feel like I have to speak up about my experience. I came in for a simple beard line-up and a taper — something that should’ve been quick and straightforward, especially since I had just gotten a haircut 3 days prior. I specifically told the barber to keep the line-up where it was and not mess with it, just clean it up to look fresh. Unfortunately, he didn’t listen. This place was AMAZING, they are all very nice, I went to get a voucher, and they are all SOO very friendly, I felt so welcomed they are friendly/family oriented. I will be getting my son’s haircut tomorrow from here. We were very welcomed as soon as we stepped foot in there till we walked out. And I love that they work with Children and especially children on the spectrum. Very kid friendly. Came in to get my sons hair fix and they did an awesome job. Very nice and helpful. Will definitely come again. I found my sons new barber here. Come in and check them out.
