What's going on here is terrible. I waited 1.5 hours for a doner kebab and a chicken shawarma to be delivered. In the end, I received two doner kebabs, and the quality was an absolute disgrace. The meat was gristly and dry, and the salad tasted cooked. I live only 1.7 miles from the shop. If you know you don't have enough drivers for delivery and the food will be delayed, at least put it on top of the pizza oven to keep warm before adding the salad so it doesn't wilt inside.
