I've been using this company for the last 20 years, until today. I asked them to do the exact same service they have been doing for decades and instead they got obnoxious and rude, yelling at me over speakerphone. Then they hung up on me.

Got our tank pumped in November this week noticed a hole in the ground above the lid. Called to get an idea of what it could be and got offered to send a truck out to pump it again or service call another 295$ was told it was normal to have a hole because of it was back flowing outside? And may need to be pumped again *not even two months*. I said okay but went ahead and doug up found a 6in hole in the tank lid. Where the cap could have gone no idea?
