Got our tank pumped in November this week noticed a hole in the ground above the lid. Called to get an idea of what it could be and got offered to send a truck out to pump it again or service call another 295$ was told it was normal to have a hole because of it was back flowing outside? And may need to be pumped again *not even two months*. I said okay but went ahead and doug up found a 6in hole in the tank lid. Where the cap could have gone no idea? Signed a contract Paid for permitting 1 week later I called to cancel. Permit & Soil test were NOT paid for but ordered. Simply cancel the orders ! ! ! Invoice says non- refundable ! GIVE ME A BREAK …………………,,,,;,

My newborn septic has been tempting onto my property fir s month and the health Department came and verified and sent them a letter giving 24 hours to fix. I gave them the number for this business. The owner next door sates he called them and told me to call to verify.
