After a heavy morning rainfall with some hail, noticed a small brown spot on ceiling that continued to expand that was caused by a roof leak. The DRX team was there that morning, found the issue and patched for temporary fix. Team came back soon after and replaced the shingles of the problem area. Great communication and response time. Highly recommend

I live in GREENVIEW ESTATES- BELVIDERE IL--- Just today my roof was redone and Ron from DRX went above and beyond. He made sure he put a covering on my roof until I gave the started date. My roof had a little stain on the ceiling so he made sure if was protected until I was available for them to start work. What he quoted was exactly it. Danny was pleasant, professional and prompt prior to and during the completion of the roof, siding, gutter and downspout work done on my house. For the last 2 months I've been trying, without success, to get him back to fix a problem with the work on an area of the gutter that is leaking water from the seam. I'm disappointed in the lack of responsiveness, especially considering the initial job was worth over $30,000.
