Overpriced. And the woman working Tuesday (7/11) was a complete ass when my husband was inquiring whether they'd install a Polaris pool pump he bought elsewhere, for which she rudely barked at him "if it ain't from here we want nothing to do with it." When he asked if they had specific parts, she was very rude "Nope. Nope" He gladly went to Home Depot for what he needed. This place is nothing more than a mercy stop if the Depot or Walmart doesn't have what he needs.

Always waiting for someone to come out of back room. During last and final visit the store was empty over my lunch break, dropped off water for testing and said I would be back in 15 mins. When I returned not only had they not done the test, they lost the water and could not do the test. The prices are high and cheaper online or from Lowes. They seem to have more interest in being in the back room than running the store.

There should be an option for zero stars because that is what they would get. Buyer be very very aware......this place is only out to make a buck and will rip you off at every turn!!! I'm 2014 they sold me a $600 dollar pump that subsequently was not needed and did another $300 of unnecessary electrical work (all incorrectly). When I went to the owner about this problem he told me there was nothing he could do I had to call an electrician. So I did who took down everything he did and rewired it correctly.
