Absolutely the WORST home health agency we've worked with in 20 years of home health! Mari was supposed to do a culture on my husband's foot, the office called and said she had a flat tire. Turned out she needed a kit! She nor the office have ever called back in a week! My husband was assigned physical therapy. They never told the therapist! Fortunately my husband and I can communicate.
