I would give it zero stars if I could. My fiance and I brought the car to Jackson's Car Wash on Bell and 7th Ave yesterday and they suckered us into buying the car wash for Saturday and bring the car back Sunday for a detail. They said to bring the car early and we would be in and out within an hour. I stop by here at least 3x a week as it is across from my office and the staff is always meh. Last time I bough a scratcher and won $50..yes. Gentleman told me "we sell them from the machine so you have to go somewhere else to cash it in. I don't keep that much in my register, sorry." Had me pay for my items with my card. Later guys.
Went to the location off I-17 and Happy Valley. I would recommend steering clear of this one! I paid for their VIP wash, but what I recieved was less than even a basic wash!! Not only did they epically fail at every aspect of cleaning my car they did physical damage to the inside of my car breaking my center console!! They did a spotty job vacumming, armoralled the dust right into my dash, left sticking stuff and finger prints on both my back windows, forgot my air freshener and broke my shit!! My wife took her car up to the Happy Valley car wash tonight at Happy Valley and I-17. They broke the driver door inside handle. Now she can't open the driver door from the inside. She has to roll down the window to open the door. Also because of the broken handle, the door locks will not work. Neither door will lock manually or remotely. She let them know about the incident. The Jackson's car wash on Bell told my 68 year old father to "get the fuck out of here" after he complained that his back seats were not vacuumed after trying to treat himself to a deluxe car wash and also one of the employees rushed him to try and take a swing at him because he was apparently mad at being questioned about cleaning the back seat. Fuck those people. Who tries to come at a 68 year old man like that? Disgusting.
