Jose Ramirez is hands down one of the best barbers in town! I've been going to him for 5+ years and not once have I been disappointed. He always leaves my hair and beard looking pristine. He takes pride in his work and you can tell he is 100% true about making sure his clients get what they pay for. I moved out to the Bay Area 2.5 years ago and I still take the time to drive up to Chico and get my haircuts occasionally by Jose to this day.
