the owners were just yelling at each other the whole time while the kitchen workers were taking orders and making the food. needs new management.
Bagels are still good but you can tell they are cutting corners. Also the customer service is atrocious. They ar either rude or disinterested in serving customers. Why be in business if you don’t want customers?
It’s honestly crazy that I’m even writing this review because I’ve been coming to Danny’s Bagel since I was in middle school. Unfortunately, after my experience today, I’ll never spend another dollar here. The interaction I had with one of the employees was completely disrespectful. been going to this place for years, since the new owners, customer service needs to be worked on expeditiously. good food, mid -bad customer service except for the kitchen workers (they are always awesome)
This is a bagel store that I have been going to for the last 20 years. The issue that occurred today, my son who is a college graduate and speaks perfect English calls to place an order. When I went to pick up the order, the order was wrong and the tall Indian man with the beard proceeded to say that he did not understand the order but made me pay for the incorrect order and the new order.
