Very polite, personable and capable.
I referred to Dr. Yen by my sister. She had such wonderful things to say about him and she was right on point! From the moment I walked in to meet him, he was so kind and concerned. He treated me like a friend and someone that he really cared about. I have no medical insurance for the first time in my life, so of course I am always hesitant to see anyone with the out of pocket expense I will occur.
