It's the whole service for me. Working with my calendar and budgeting, trying to get my car back to me within my son's schedule, the correspondence, being informative and never patronising! Had my Van pre purchase checked, all good supposedly, since found so many issues. They talk sweet, but perform pathetically. I’m absolutely disgusted. Well Ripped Off !!! Took my van in for a/c issue a few days later as I was leaving town on the big trip. Cost $1200+ to end up with no a/c whatsoever. Traveling in 40deg days for 5 days was not pleasant. Highly recommend going here, the whole team are absolute champs. We were due for a service when coming back down from the cape, and mates of our who live in cairns recommended them. When they did the service they found that our engine mounts and front control arms were shot (didn't get away with all those corrugations scot free). We are travelling around Aus, and we're heading for Normanton next, and sitting about in town isn't great for the hip pocket, the crew here did us a solid and fitted us in a short notice.
