All the recommendations he made made sense and worked out well. We locked in rate later, we closed before expected. He packaged my loan well and got approval easily. We didn’t need an extension.
I think despite the initial bumpy start Danny was in communication with us throughout our complicated transaction and although there were some setbacks, Danny never seemed perturbed with us, was always professional, and made me feel like he had a great handle on things.
