Very professional!
Wow , don't bother with this office . 5 minutes late ( traffic ) and they won't see me . $ 22,000 + $ 8, 000 on second appointment . And they want me to spend $40 for an Uber to get to my appointment ? No !! Find another doctor ! Their office staff forgot who apparently is a paying for their employment.
Dr. Danny Tran is a very pleasant individual who is personable and caring. His staff are equally kind and helpful. The office location is easily accessible and the atmosphere is spacious, clean and comfortable.
What a wonderful first-time experience with Dr. Tran when I went in for my routine eye exam. His knowledge and expertise during my appointment were appreciated. He took his time and allowed me to ask questions before, during, and after my exam. Ochsner should be proud to have him on their team! Keep up the great work, Dr. Tran, and thanks for having great bedside manners toward your patients! It truly matters.
