I have purchase all of my appliance from Dannys Appliance over a priod of twenty five years.The last dryer I bought from him lasted 10 years. I wash and dry clothes daily.I have never had a problem with anything I purchased at this store. This store prices are a lot cheaper than other stores prices. The customer service I recieved there was great. I wish more stores had the quality and service I have always recieved while shopping.The owner of this store is a Christian Man and has helped a lot of people in the community
our oven went out a week or two ago. we were waiting until we got up enough money for one at Sears for $280. but yesterday my mom decided to do something good for us and called Danny Staples appliance store. she told Danny that she wanted the BEST one he had no matter what it costs and to install it in our kitchen for us while we were at work yesterday so that it would be a surprise when we got ho me. we came home to find a rusted out, grimy, nasty, stove with dead bugs, dirt and rust sitting in our kitchen. to make it worse... read more
POOR SERVICE – I totally agree with the first reviewer. I had a similar experience...I am a single mother and I called him to come fix my dryer and all he did was charge me money out the ying yang. When the dryer still did not work he would not come back and I had put out all this money and he would not guarantee his work although he said he would in his written contract. Quality Not Good – qualit of dryers arent that great the element went out on 2 dryers i bought from there. and he acts like he is too scare to come 20miles up the road to come fix it even whens it under warranty. go to rons appliance cheaper and better quality,
