I purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 in June 2024. Recently, when I decided to sell the vehicle, I discovered that the mileage had been rolled back at the time the dealership registered it, according to the UVIP record. When I contacted the dealership, they claimed it was simply a “typo error.” However, the Carfax report they originally provided to me showed signs of mileage rollback. I strongly regret purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Within just a few weeks of ownership, the car developed multiple serious mechanical problems that clearly existed before the sale. None of these issues were disclosed to me, despite the dealership’s legal obligation to reveal known defects.
