I went to see Dr. Soares for a consultation about 1.5 years ago. I wanted an upper and lower blepharoplasty. I have always had like a fat pad under both eyes. I never had a problem until I began aging. They'd swell some days which would cause me to see shadows. Anyway, I was nervous but I knew I needed to do something. His staff members were super sweet.
