Got a referral to this office, never got a phone Call so I called over 10 times never got through to them, finally got a call back to try and schedule an appointment told me to call them back I called them back 5 minutes later nothing called them back the next day nothing then again the next day and nothing again. I give up

No idea what is going on here, would like confirmation of Dr Bartel around here, hard to imagine that he would be tolerant of the extreme neglect to his office and his name is in the mix. But you have to be some high level priority person it seems like to even accomplish the task of making an appointment, I managed to over a year ago only to realize that they still have never sent paperwork, lost referral and still hanging in limbo for further instructions. Don't ask me, I don't know what is up but I had a 5 star review and I am adjusting to the halfway mark because when I started counting calls it took 13 voicemails to make contact with the text person, which not upset but they didn't say anything about the length of time but it's so long they couldn't find the referral to get the appointment??? So IDK but am I supposed to go back to the primary who referred or how to navigate the issue because seems like very peculiar and casual lack of concern or solution or like a free clue... read more

Not just once but more than 4 times dr ordered test and they never send orders ,I'd hate to think someone was dying because they never knew do to test never being done!!!!!!it's been 2 weeks and still haven't send orders.
