I feel that Dr. Park is a good physician. I just think there is a change in the administrative side which is where the problem lays. We had an appointment w/ Dr. Parks and the portal does not specific if it's in person or virtual. I called the front desk to see if this is in person or virtual, I was told it was in person. I requested Mary to make an exception and change this to virtual. She stated that she could not, because this was one of the in person dedicated days.
