This doctor is super nice, gentle and careful. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he covered all situations and examine carefully. The waiting time for the doctor is also very short which I appreciate it. This is one of the great clinic experiences I have at Kaiser.
Poor/none Communication from Dr. Nhan and Dr. Clefton when messaged. This causing extreme stress, displaying their lack of care, concern, and empathy.
