A year ago I went with my mom to get a manipedi. Ever wanted to feel what it's like to be a piece of meat on a highspeed conveyor belt? Yeah. They don't speak to you, they only speak amongst themselves in another language, that wouldn't be a huge problem if I didn't feel judged. Woman had no idea what "Stiletto point" nails are even with the flippin PICTURES right next to her with me pointing at them, she gave me almond tips on my nails, and they were all the wrong lengths. I received a birthday promo 'for 15% off services for me and a friend' so I made an appointment for a pedicure. When I went to pay for the service I was told all promotions have been cancelled and they refused to honour it. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointing business practice.
