We were referred to Dr. Danny Chachere in February 2026 for sciatica. While the staff was friendly, the doctor's bedside manner lacked communication and empathy. After running an EMG test, he told me he didn't see much damage but completely failed to go over the actual results with me. He offered no explanation for my pain other than telling me to come back in four months. Today , February 24 at 3:35 I asked an appointment with that Doctor , the secretary refused to take my appointment because I need to fill BEFORE APPOINTMENT- that secretary HANG OUT (hang off) on me ! HOW PROFESSIONAL IT IS TO EMPLOYÉD SOME STUPID PERSON with no common sense and sympathy with customers! I know that Dr is good BUT SORRY THAT TEAM IS UNPOLISHED AND NOT EDUCATED ! Shame ON THAT YOUNG LADY not able to understand anything… hope the Dr will contact me AND STOP WORKING WITH THAT UGLY MIND SECRETARY.
I saw Dr. Chachere a few times after developing issues due to being in a coma. He thoroughly reviewed the report, listened to me patiently, explained the testing, how to prep for them, eased my fears and came up with a plan of action that felt designed for me and not just generic. Dr. Chachere is personable, polite, professional and easy on the eyes.
