Today , February 24 at 3:35 I asked an appointment with that Doctor , the secretary refused to take my appointment because I need to fill BEFORE APPOINTMENT- that secretary HANG OUT (hang off) on me ! HOW PROFESSIONAL IT IS TO EMPLOYÉD SOME STUPID PERSON with no common sense and sympathy with customers! I know that Dr is good BUT SORRY THAT TEAM IS UNPOLISHED AND NOT EDUCATED ! Shame ON THAT YOUNG LADY not able to understand anything… hope the Dr will contact me AND STOP WORKING WITH THAT UGLY MIND SECRETARY.
I saw Dr. Chachere a few times after developing issues due to being in a coma. He thoroughly reviewed the report, listened to me patiently, explained the testing, how to prep for them, eased my fears and came up with a plan of action that felt designed for me and not just generic. Dr. Chachere is personable, polite, professional and easy on the eyes.
After several different neurological appointments with other doctors, I have undoubtedly decided Dr. Chachere is the neurologist for me!! I would HIGHLY recommend him for his patience, calmness, knowledge of neurological/epileptic issues, professionalism, and just really making you feel like you are his only patient for the day. He was very open to traditional ways of symptom management, but also newer more natural ways of symptom management and supplement control.
