Had vehicle sitting in parking lot for a recall part and still not fixed the Monday after. This vehicle is a work vehicle.
Everyone I had contact with were great went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met
Paul was an excellent salesman and I would refer him to ANYONE going here. I was unhappy about the trade in value offered for my vehicle which was 4 thousand less than another offer I have so that would be my biggest complaint and not much inventory however with today's market not their fault. Overall wish I could have made a deal.
Service department always great. I have bought last six CARS from Danny Len. I am appalled that Buick no longer sells sedans I USA but does in China. I had to replace my wife's Lucerne with an Avalon. On my Lacrosse as of March 2022 I loose my OnStar. I am most disappointed with GM. I wonder if you are going to remain in business with the decisions being made that are out of touch with American public.
