I got ahold of Danny Kay Mobile RV Repair because he is mobile and I (still) have a fuel line issue so I can't just drive it to a repair shop. He came out tried to start it but batteries are drained, so he had me buy a battery jump box ($170) after tinkering for awhile he said the fuel pump is no good. The next day he says he went to Phoenix to get the part ($380) and has not returned my calls and has not come back to fix it... The "business/ company" is called Danny Kay AZ mobile RV. After calling multiple RV Repair places some of which are mobile RV Repair places, I came across Danny kay AZ mobile RV via Google Search. I called the phone # listed and spoke with "Danny kay". I explained to him that I had just gotten an oil change down the street at Iconic Goodyear and was informed by them that I had an oil leak. One of the worst experiences I have ever had from a mobile RV tech. He charged me $600 to make a service call, putter around for an hour and supply $260 in parts which he won't detail except for two run caps which were $80 each for something that you can get for as little as $6 on line. Despite being the most expensive of all the ones I contacted, he didn't seem to have any idea what to fix. While in Cave Creek our RV was not able to see shore power. Danny did respond quickly and seemed knowledgeable enough, but as it turns out now that I’ve had the correct repair, he didn’t really know what he was doing. He never did fix our problem despite putting in several hours over three days. And now it turns out, his “repair” burned out our inverter. After the first trailer repair guy (different company) didn’t show, I was very excited at how quickly Danny came out to look at my hybrid trailer. His communication started off awesome and I Zelled him the balance for the part (gas valve) and his service fee for his trip out there. However after he left, I found that he not only left my gas turned on upon testing, he also left ALL OF MY STUFF thrown outside the trailer!
