While in Cave Creek our RV was not able to see shore power. Danny did respond quickly and seemed knowledgeable enough, but as it turns out now that I’ve had the correct repair, he didn’t really know what he was doing. He never did fix our problem despite putting in several hours over three days. And now it turns out, his “repair” burned out our inverter. After the first trailer repair guy (different company) didn’t show, I was very excited at how quickly Danny came out to look at my hybrid trailer. His communication started off awesome and I Zelled him the balance for the part (gas valve) and his service fee for his trip out there. However after he left, I found that he not only left my gas turned on upon testing, he also left ALL OF MY STUFF thrown outside the trailer!
