We use Reding to service both of our homes up here (Thomas residences) and always have a positive experience. They come out quickly, problem solve, and fix any issues. Mike D is particularly personable, patient, and explains things well. We find this company to be the perfect blend of competence, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor. We're so happy Danny's legacy is continuing with Reding.
Called for plumbing issue discovered during a shower renovation. Appointment scheduled for early the next day. Men arrived on time, gathered information needed to fix the problem within an hour and completed work within 3 hours. BEST people, product and services I’ve dealt with in years. This team understands CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!
This would be a zero-star review if I could. I don't trust these folks at all. I think they are under new ownership or management. I have called and requested service or parts pickup and its always one excuse after another. Came out 2 weeks ago to fix furnace. It was the limit switch, but they tried to say that most of the furnace was breaking, and it needed a new logic board, and it was not worth fixing. It is only 5 years old and was sold by them. Found the parts online and did it myself after doing my own research. They a... read more

Had issue with furnace, they sent a tech out and he replaced the pressure switch. The code it was giving was for the limit switch. Spent almost $400 for the wrong thing to be replaced. And also they charged me about 65ish for a part that I found OEM for $22. And could replace in 5 mins. And any skilled tech would've seen the open limit switch was rotting out from moisture and atleast tried tried sell me more. Learned all this later after having to do it myself.
