Unfortunately I will not be returning to Danny’s after years and many $ spent coming here. Was spoken to by the child/young jeweller rudely on the phone after pointing out she fixed my white gold chain a week ago, yet after it snapping again, she has now advised she can not fix it because it is faulty now 🧐 yet this wasn’t discovered a week ago , even though she made it very clear she “pulls” all chains before fixing…. nothing changed within the chain it self rather then poor attention to her solution to fix the chain, whic... read more

I took my engagement ring in for repair one morning, and it was ready that same afternoon. Very efficient and a very friendly team. Thank you again!
Had a repair completed here very unhappy. Firstly told it was going to be available one day three weeks after the go ahead to repair then it wasn’t done. Once it was weeks later the setting was completely off and I had to take it back a second time, now looking at it the repair is not 100% looks completely rushed and claws are not the same length. The team was not very friendly when I took it back to have the setting corrected. Would not recommend for repairs ever
