I cannot say enough good things about this shop. On Friday, I was driving out to the Hamptons for a wedding when my alternator failed unexpectedly. As you can imagine, I was stressed, stranded, and convinced my entire weekend was about to be ruined. I found this shop and they absolutely saved the day. Great people, they help us with no cost because the car was overheating ,they were honest from the beginning and we are definitely coming back , highly recommend!!
Our tire was damaged and this place was the closes to us. When we arrive he(boss or worker couldn't tell) came out to greet us and to see what the problem was. He then put the car on a hydraulic lift, lift it, found and removed another nail(Not the actual hole), then found the real hole and patch it up as best as he could. He said it needed to be patch up from the inside out and sent us to a tire shop close by to finish up with the patch work. I failed the vehicle inspection because the tires were too worn. However, I believe this is something you should have informed me about before proceeding with the engine inspection. I was charged $37, but my car did not pass the inspection.
