I would leave 0 if I could. This guy is a total crook. My father brought his car in several months ago for a new transmission. He took my fathers deposit and has not returned the money or vehicle despite repeated attempts to contact him. Hes been non responsive, avoids you if you come up in person, does not return phone calls or texts. Do not trust this man! This isnt the first time this has happened either. Look into this guy!
I'm new to the area. I found Richard to be very nice man who went out of his way to help me. Reese valley price. And that's enough to come pick me up with my vehicle where I didn't have to get a taxi to get to him. I will go back again if I ever need him and refer people to him. Great experience.
Predatory Unfortunately, I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with the owner, Richard. I originally brought him my Audi after getting water in the fuel tank. A week later, the fuel was drained and replaced — but the car still wasn’t running. (Maybe because the fuel filter still hadn’t been replaced.) We agreed that further diagnostics were needed, and I was clear that I needed to be notified once the bill crossed $500. This is the second time we have been to this shop. First time they fixed an overheating problem and this time they were kind enough to help figure out some power steering problems we had. We have an older truck so anytime we have problems from here on out we will be coming here! Owner is super kind and friendly.
